New Brands at Ramsey Outdoor

Here at Ramsey, we are always looking for fresh, new brands to add to our stores. This Fall, we are excited to introduce you to 4 new brands that you’re sure to love! Both in-stores and online you will find the newest additions; Dovetail, Dylan, Fjallraven, and Vuori. So, let’s get to know the new kids on the block.

Dovetail: Dovetail’s story starts when 2 of its founders (Kate and Kyle Marie) followed their gardening passion and launched a landscape design company. Digging in the wet, Pacific NW soil was uncomfortable, and workwear marketed to women was either ill-fitting and tailored for men's bodies or offered stereotypical colors and patterns. Enter one of their clients (Sara) who happened to be an apparel industry expert. The three decided to take things into their own hands, designing and producing Dovetail's Maven Slim to fill the fit, function and durability gap in women's workwear and the rest is history. Through the creation of high-quality apparel, Dovetail Workwear is providing tools that support women’s jobs and lives.

dylan: Visionaries of industrial design, dylan made their mark as innovators of casual luxury clothing with an added sense of California sophistication. Founded in 1991, the collection introduced classic silhouettes with denim inspired design details, all expertly crafted with authentic trims, vintage washes and luxe fabrications sourced from all over the globe. From its inception, the design philosophy behind the dylan brand is to blend sumptuous fabrics and everyday style to deliver that worn-in feeling of your favorite pair of jeans.

Fjallraven: Hailing from the small town of Örnsköldsvik in Sweden, a place where mountains and forest meet the sea, Fjallraven is an outdoor clothing and equipment company that’s committed to making nature more accessible. In true Swedish style, they focus on sustainability, simplicity, and practicality, and respect for the environment.

Vuori: In 2015, Founder Joe Kudla was seeking active wear that fit his versatile lifestyle; a comfortable product that performed exceptionally well, yet did not sacrifice style. All of the men’s yoga products at the time were made by women's brands and the traditional athletic brands didn't feel fresh and modern. Vuori's thriving active community in Encinitas, CA served as the inspiration for the brand. The idea was to build cutting-edge active wear that fit well and was fashionable for both men and women.
