XL Square Cast Iron Pie Iron

When you're looking to make an extra thick pudgie pie sandwich, our XL Square cast iron design will do the trick. Nearly twice the cooking volume of the standard Rome iron. The larger size allows you to get creative with pizza dough, tortillas, biscuit & crescent roll dough etc... Cooking area is 5"x 5" x 2" deep. To use simply place a piece of buttered bread in the clam shell style compartment, fill with preserves, pie filling, cheese or meat. Add the second slice of bread. Close the lid and toast over the fire until done. Perfect for campfires or backyard firepits.
