Q: Can coupons be used on sale items?
A: No, offers cannot be combined or stacked with sale items, promotions, or any special offer.
Q: What does it mean when my order says "awaiting fulfillment"?
A: Do not worry, your order is waiting to be fulfilled by our team members. Once the order has been processed, payments will be withdrawn from your bank account.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: No, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Q: Do you price match?
A: Yes, we would be happy to price match. We require that the item being matched is in stock, the same exact color and size as the item being matched. Please be prepared to share link/s to the item/s needing to be price matched
Q: Do you do price adjustments?
A. Yes, within 14 days of original purchase date.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
Q: How long does it take for an order to ship?
A: Most orders ship in the same day if ordered before 2pm EST. All orders ship within two business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can track your order via the link that we email you the moment we create the shipping label for your order. Our carriers are UPS, USPS and Fedex.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Succasunna, NJ 07876 (Northern New Jersey).
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we are unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Please see our shipping information page for our shipping rates. Most orders over $49.99 ship for free!
Q: How can I return an item?
A: Please see our returns information page. There is a $5 return associated with returns.
Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
A: If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us at customerservice@ramseyoutdoor.com, or call us at (800) 699-5874. We may not be able to cancel orders that are already being processed and cannot cancel orders that have been shipped.
