Q: What items, brands or departments are excluded from coupon use?

A:  Offer exclusions include but are not limited to Sale Items, Simms, Canada Goose, Thule, Orvis, Interstate Batteries, UGG Australia, Boy Scouts of America, Firearms, Federal Top Gun Ammunition, Minn Kota, GoPro, Garmin, Hobie, Winchester Safes, Franklin Lakes, Osprey, Canoes, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards and accessories, Archery and Bow Hunting, Crossbows, Hunting, Firearms, Fishing Department, Fishing Rods, Fishing Reels, Fishing Licenses, or towards the purchase of gift cards. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Cannot stack coupons. One coupon per customer per visit. Limited to stock on hand. Cannot be used for In-store or telephone purchases. No Cash Value.

Q: Can coupons be used on sale items?

A: No, offers cannot be combined or stacked with sale items, promotions, or any special offer.

Q:  What does it mean when my order says "awaiting fulfillment"?

A:  Do not worry, your order is waiting to be fulfilled by our team members. Once the order has been processed, payments will be withdrawn from your bank account.

Q:  Do you accept exchanges?

A: No, do not offer exchanges at this time.

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship?

A: Most orders ship within one to two business days.

Q: Can you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

A: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us or call us at (800) 699-5874. We may not be able to cancel orders that are already being processed and cannot cancel orders that have been shipped.
