If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of the order date.
Visit our returns portal in the link above to begin the process of creating your printable return label - you simply enter your email and Order number to pull up your order details and proceed with the return process. We charge a nominal $5 return fee for the convenience of printing a return shipping label and to offset the shipping costs.
Please include all original packaging, tags must be attached, and item must be in the same condition the item was received.
Products returned in used, damaged, or otherwise undesirable condition will not be accepted for a return and will be sent back to the customer.
As a reminder: Gift Certificates, Face Masks/Gaiters, Underwear, Jewelry, Food, Cosmetic Items, First-Aid Kits, *Hygiene/Feminine Products, *Climbing Equiptment cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Climbing Equipment -For your personal safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing climbing equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, carabiners, climbing hardware, ropes, harnesses or slings at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). Please be absolutely sure of the items you are purchasing before submitting your order. In the case of gifts, if there is any doubt, we recommend a gift certificate instead of specialized climbing equipment.
*Hygienic Products -For health reasons, underwear and feminine products cannot be returned.
If your order is thought to be defective, incorrect or was damaged during shipping, please Contact Us before returning the item. We do not charge return fee's for defective, incorrect or damaged orders
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-5 busines days for your return to be processed and then up to 5 additional days for your refund to post to your account. The latter time frame is dependent on your financial institution.
Approved orders returned more than 60 days after the order date will receive a gift card for the amount paid at the time of purchase on your invoice.
When returning your order
Please pack the item carefully. Do not place a shipping label onto the manufacturer's package. (i.e footwear must be enclosed inside of a shipping box). Please try to use the original box, bag or envelope your item arrived in. You can ship the package with any method that you choose, but a method that offers tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance is always recommended.
If your package is lost in transit and we cannot confirm delivery, we will be unable to issue a refund.
