I was looking for a specific Shimano reel & wanted to make sure it was actually in-stock & ready to ship, Andrew made sure that the reel was in stock & helped me decide which braided line he would pre-spool the reel with. If you are looking for something specific, no matter what it is as long as it is fishing-related, I would recommend contacting Andrew & asking for help. Also, after my online purchase I was immediately contacted by Greg to follow up about my order & to make sure everything was correct & even shipped my order out same day! I really appreciated their excellent and friendly customer service & will continue to shop their online store!
