Shipping Details & Times:

We strive to get your orders out fast.  We use USPS, UPS & Fedex as our preferred carriers.  Most orders placed before 2pm EST leave our facility same day.  Some orders may take up to two business days to ship. A business day is any weekday that is not a holiday.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and an estimated delivery date. Sometimes tracking status details may not show results immediately and will need a few hours to appear in the carrier's system after they pick up.

Once your package is delivered you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

Shipping times are not guaranteed, typical transit time is below. This represents the time in transit after the 1-2 business days it takes for an order to ship.

Shipping Delays:

Ramsey Outdoor is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.

Please check the carrier website for their statements on current delays and transit times.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO

*Please note that PO Box and APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped using USPS.

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Overnight service will only deliver to physical street addresses.

Standard Shipping & Oversized or Bulk Order Exceptions:

Most orders over $49.99 ship for free!

If your order subtotal is over $49.99 and the item(s) you are ordering are not oversized or considered Bulk, you will see a $0.00 shipping option!

Free shipping does not apply to the *Hobie Brand, and **Oversized items and ***Bulk Orders.

*Hobie Brand requires Ramsey Outdoor and all retailers to attach a shipping fee of $9.99 to any of their proprietary products. A fee of $20 still applies for expedited shipping.

 **Oversized Items: Some typical oversized items include, but are not limited to or exclusive of, large recreational camping tents, canopies, inflatable kayaks, grills, coolers, gun cabinets, furniture and fishing rods. Orders going to AK or HI may be subject to additional shipping fee's.

***Bulk Orders-Multiples of larger bulky items such as, but not limited to, Tackle Boxes, Kayak Comfort Seat Cushions, Coolers, Folding Chairs, etc are subject to additional shipping charges.   Please reach out to our Customer Service dept M-F 9am-5pm EST for an estimate or place your order and our CS dept will reach out to you directly with a shipping quote. 1-800-699-5874. Fishing Rods: Due to the size of of most 1-piece fishing rods and some large 2-piece rods will have a $25 shipping and handling fee. Most fishing rods are shipped via FedEx/UPS.

Handling Fees:

To ensure safe product delivery for extra long, large, or heavy items such as fishing rods, coolers and antennas will have a fee. Only one Handling Fee charge will occur per order regardless of the number of long items being ordered. The additional fee is not included in shipping promotions.
