They have Carhartt's Storm Defender® internal waterproof membrane combined with GoodYear® welt construction that work together to seal out water 100%, so feet stay dry and on the job.  These women's wedge soled work boots have top quality oil-tanned leather uppers, Carhartt's patented FastDry® moisture-wicking technology and shock absorbing insoles for maximum comfort. They are non-insulated with a soft toe, and they are Electrical Hazard (EH) Rated that meets the current ASTM safety requirements.
