The Alan's Custom Lures 1.5 oz. Bully Spook Bait features a full resin construction and can be worked slow or quick across the surface of the water, gliding side to side. Surfcasters and boat fishermen can target fish feeding on the surface with this plug or right below the surface, with the rod kept very low. It's important to work in some pauses on the retrieve to mimic a wounded baitfish.
