The Bumper Bro is a kayak keel guard designed to be mounted to the front of your kayak so as not to damage it with deep dents or scratches when landing and taking. This kayak keel guard is shaped to fit your specific kayak and protect the nose when you come into landings with hard surfaces that can damage the plastic front of the kayak. This is perfect for people starting on boat ramps, oyster beds, rocks and other abrasive surfaces. The kayak keel guard is made of thermoformed ABS plastic. We recommend installing it with Marine Goop or any other glue that will not deteriorate the kayak material over time. These can also be attached with 3m of VHT tape, but we recommend placing an adhesive around the edges to ensure that the part does not have sand or dirt. The part is shaped with large sides to give the part a good area to stick and hold on your kayak. Thermoformed from 3mm ABS plastic. Does not come with the glue or tape that can be attached to your kayak as you can choose how to attach it. Made in Australia.
