Dr. Scholl's Molefoam Padding Strips - 2 each Extra soft cotton and foam padding cushions and protects calluses, bunions and sensitive heels from painful shoe pressure and friction. Helps prevent blisters. Self-stick adhesive holds padding in place. Won't catch on hosiery. Designed to stay on all day. Can be cut to any size. 4-1/8 inches x 3-3/8 inches each. Directions: Bathe feet and dry thoroughly. Cut Molefoam Padding to desired size and shape with scissors, then remove backing and apply to affected area. Do not place directly over blister or broken skin. For blisters or broken skin - cut a piece to fit surrounding area.
